This is my own creation. It's quick, easy, and tasty.
Ingredients:
Radishes, sliced into thin rounds
Red wine vinegar, to taste
Coarse salt, to taste
Fresh or dried herbs, to taste (this time, I used dried oregano)
Drizzle the radish rounds with vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and herbs. Toss to coat.
